Phase One Re-Opening Procedures

New Hours of Operation with Strict Restrictions

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays we are beginning to schedule in person appointments to collect signatures, take cash payments and review linen selections. We are however enforcing strict restrictions as part of our role in stopping the spread of COVID-19.


All visits are by appointment ONLY

Available appointment Times are 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM.

Please call in advance as we will only be allowing scheduled visitors inside of the office.

All Customers are required to use a facemask or protective cloth upon entering.

No Children will be allowed in the office

Limit your visit to only the customer that is listed on the contract and up to 1 essential payer of the contract.

Food tastings are not being scheduled until further notice.


We have added a table in front of my desk to ensure that we are keeping the minimum social distancing requirements.

A large sneeze guard has been placed between the desk and the table to prevent and air molecules to travel on either side.

Hand Sanitizer, Latex Gloves and Clorox wipes are readily available for customers during their visit.

If you do not have a facemask, one may be provided if available.

No non-essential people will be allowed through the locked doors during a meeting with a client.
